Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s Divorce Battle Stalls

Kim Kardashian and Kanye “Ye” West have hit a snag in their divorce proceedings, and it’s supposedly due to the latter not putting pen to paper.

The former power couple filed for divorce in January last year after nearly eight years of marriage, but according to sources, the 44-year-old “Jesus Walks” rapper is taking his time to sign the paperwork.

“Kim is still trying to get the ‘married’ status dissolved to ‘single’ before they finalise the divorce, but Ye has yet to sign,””claimed an insider close to the two. “Moving this divorce along isn’t something he’s acting quickly on, despite Kim’s efforts”

Since news of the imminent split became public knowledge, Yeezy has made several infamous outbursts.

These include his hitting out at celebrities for not openly supporting him; slamming his soon-to-be ex-wife over allowing their eldest child, eight-year-old North, to use social media; claims of being denied access to his children. However, since Sunday, 6 February, he has deleted all social media posts relating to these claims.

Ye and Kardashian are also parents to North’s other three siblings: six-year-old Saint, four-year-old Chicago, and little two-year-old Psalm.

Only time will tell when Kimye will be no more both on paper and in real life.
